REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
A complete registration fee person is required to attend the symposium. A hardcopy of the registration confirmation must be presented at the registration desk to get a badge for access.
Completion of this registration process is deemed as an acceptance of the below terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions of sale.
Registration includes :
- access to the symposium and/or workshops
- coffee breaks and luncheons (2 or 3 days)
- social event (optional) - a fine dining at the Grand Hôtel des Bains (with Thermal Spa free entrance offered)
Symposium normal fee :
- symposium (25th and 26th October) : 150.00 CHF in early period, then 220.00 CHF in late period
- workshops (24th October) : 70.00 CHF in early period, then 100.00 CHF in late period
Reduced fee and free access (for students) :
- reduced fee applies for Master and PhD students (workshops 25.00 CHF, symposium 50.00 CHF)
- undergraduate students* have free access to the symposium excluding all catering and only auditor access for workshops (priority is given to fee registered attendees in case of overcrowded rooms)
- undergraduate students* have also to register through the web site (using the "Free access" registration type)
- for all students, a proof of status (student ID card) will be asked to confirm participation to the symposium

Payment :
- prices include all taxes
- payment expected in Swiss Franc currency (CHF)
- confirmation of registration and information regarding payment will be sent by email
- notice that no payment for an early registration can be accepted after September 30th, 2012
Payment can be done as follow :
- ONLINE : by credit card through the OGRS 2012 web site. Note that your payment will appear in your credit card report with the statement “Association vaudoise pour la promotion des Innovations et des Technologies : AIT-CeTT”.
- OFFLINE : only by bank transfer, on condition that you pay bank fees. Use the following bank account which is attached to our registration office AIT-CeTT :

Substitution and cancellation policies :
- if a registrant is unable to attend the symposium, substitution is allowed without any additional registration charge (please warn the earliest possible before the first day of the symposium)
- for refund of registration fees, if a registrant is unable to attend and unable to find a substitute, notification of cancellation shall be sent to OGRS in writing by mail, fax, or e-mail. For a cancellation received prior to October 15th, 2012, registrant will receive a refund of registration fees paid less a CHF 50.- administrative charge. No credit or refund will be issued after this date
Other terms :
- the OGRS organizing team reserves itself the right to make changes in the symposium curriculum, symposium presenters, or other elements of the program if this becomes necessary
- the OGRS organizing team reserves itself the right to cancel the symposium in the event of insufficient registrations, or other unavoidable circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all registration fees paid will be refunded. Under any circumstances, this shall be the maximum extent of the liability of OGRS
